Vital Oxide is a National Sanitation Foundation tested 100% biodegradable no rinse surfactant that is safe for all surfaces including food contact surfaces.  Vital Oxide contains no VOCs and is effective in killing a host of viruses, mold, bacteria, and mildew strains.  Vital Oxide has been approved by the EPA for use against SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).  Vital Oxide meets the EPA’s emerging pathogen requirements for viruses showing efficacy against envelope and non-envelope virus, both large and small.

All applications of Vital Oxide are performed using a Hurricane-ES (electrostatic) sprayer (see attached specs).  Using an electrostatic sprayer is integral to the process because it reduces the time it takes to cover and disinfect all surfaces and hard-to-reach places by half compared with conventional spray or wipe-down methods and it maximizes coverage to improve infection control and the spread of viruses such as the coronavirus.
